Removing Flash from OS X 10.3.9
OS X + Flash Macromedia + Firefox = 68% CPU usage!
To remove flash, you need to remove some stuff from "/Library/Internet Plug-Ins". If you're paranoid, like me, don't delete outright, move it somewhere your browser can't find it; and if things go bad, move them back. The files and directory I moved were:
Oh man. This means the flash version of icq2go won't work.

NP-PPC-Dir-Shockwave # file
flashplayer.xpt # file
